Prior funding 4Keys Capital Management, Mr. Savin concentrated on growth equity and venture capital. Before that, he worked at Maverick Capital, responsible for investments in the financial and business services sector, and served as Co-Chief Investment Officer of Malkin Capital, a long/short equity fund within a family office. Previously, Mr. Savin was began his career in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Savin holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance and Accounting from Université Paris-Dauphine and an M.B.A. from HEC Paris

Mr. Stephen Sallis is a Vice Director of 4Keys Capital Management, having joined the firm in 2019 and currently based in Luxembourg. Before his tenure at 4Keys, he worked at several prominent wealth management firms in the UK and Ireland. Notably, he was with Davy, where he provided investment advice and financial planning services, focusing on helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Raymond joined 4Keys Capital Management in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Raymond has responsibility for finance matters relating to the firm and funds. Prior to joining 4Keys Capital Management,, Mr. Raymond has a long history in the financial services industry, most recently at the Carlyle Group, where he held various positions leading the Global Private Equity Transactions team.and prior to that was the Chief Financial Officer of the Asia Funds. Before his tenure at he managed private equity and real asset clients on international M&A matters.
Mr. Raymond holds an LLB in Law & Accounting from Leiden University in the Netherlands and a Diploma in Arbitration from University of Zurich in Switzerland.

Rayan Fares is the Finance Director of Four Keys Capital and brings over 11 years of experience in finance. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Zurich and began his career as a finance manager. He previously held various positions, including Senior Financial Analyst and Head of Finance and Accounting. In 2020, he took on the role of Finance Director at Four Keys Capital. In his current role, Rayan, together with his partners, is responsible for the strategic planning and overall financial management of the company. He leads a team of financial specialists and develops innovative budgeting processes to make the best use of financial resources. His extensive knowledge of financial analysis and strong leadership skills contribute significantly to the sustainable financial stability of Four Keys Capital. Rayan is also involved in various professional associations and speaks German and English, as well as basic French and Italian.
